What is INCLUDED?

Included in your safari package price is
almost everything from the moment we welcome you at the airport or hotel till the moment we say good-bye to you again:

1. Transfer from/to the airports of Johannesburg respectively Pretoria or hotel.
2. All accommodation shown and mentioned on our service website.
3. All meals that will be served during your safari tour (there are exceptions for the Economy Safaris!).
4. All game drives in our open game vehicles
5. Exploring the bush on foot accompanied by an expierenced and armed game ranger (there are exceptions for the 3-days and Economy Safaris!)
6. Guaranteed TOP-quality sightings of wild animals
7. Other visits your package contain (trip to Drakensberg Mountains etc. - that´s not valid for the 3-days and Economy Safaris!)
8. Insurance
9. VIP-treating

What is NOT INCLUDED?

1. Your flights from your home country to South Africa and back home.

2. Economy Safaris:
Excluded are lunch and dinner (although available), night drives, 2 hours Walking Safari, other trips (e.g. Drakensberg Mountains etc.). You can book night drives, bush walks and other trips extra in advance!
3. 3 days Safaris:
Excluded are the Drakensberg Mountain Tour (included in the 4- and 5-days safaris!), the 2 hours Walking Safari and the night drive. You can book these adventures extra in advance.
4. Strong alcoholic liquors like Whiskey, Gin etc. (bar services)
5. Any items of a personal nature not mentioned in the above "Included Section" like souvenirs, tooth-paste, safari clothes etc.
6. Camp Staff Gratitudes
7. Any transport land & air and accommodation before and after the safari period.
8. Medicaments
9. Taxidermist fees

CAN YOU ALTER YOUR SAFARI PACKAGE?
Yes, of course! Just ask us!
Daily extensions, for example night drives or special trips can be arranged to extend your vacation. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:
60 days before departure - no charge
31 days before departure - 25%
14 days before departure - 50 %
7 days before departure - 100%

We accept all major credit cards!
After you paid for your safari package we will send you your travel documents immediately. Please don´t forget to tell us the exact date and place (airport, hotel etc.) you want us to meet you.
